I bought 2 pies there once ; no meat in them ! And I mean , no meat...disgusting. Wrote an email, to let them know so they could check their Process , and they essentially try to deny it rather than saying 'thanks for letting us know so we can ensure it doesn't happen again ' . No refund or voucher sent either.
On the basis that they didn't really Care to know, I do not trust their quality checks or their pies, even though I go past all the time. Everything else ok but nothing special.

Awesome service ... They know your name and what you drink after a couple of days.
Very fast ! Puts everyone to shame ..20 people in a cue and it still only take 5 mins; that's quicker than a Gloria jeans coffee with no one in the cue and 3 behind the counter!
And it tastes soooo nice . I have travelled alot around the world and never had as nice a long mac.

Filled in the online booking form for getting car seats at Melbourne airport, twice, no response or acknowldegement.
Rang twice; got voice mail.
Emailed the Melbourne north and general info address; no response. I felt I felt i should just have used the hire cars seats.
Searched and found another site. Filled in booking form for ' justtakethekids' instant acknowledgement and follow up email within a day.
