The lady approached me as I was looking at the phones. She was not pushy in a sale and helped me with all my questions. As i was due for a new phone she didn't try to sell me the dearest, she sold me a similar phone so I would know how to use it. We then got chatting about where to find work and she was ever so helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Lovely service. Will be going back when i need another phone.

Wow i will no longer shop for clothes anywhere else. Talk about cheap and the quality is quite good for the amount I spent. Customer service was excellent. I ask a young guy to point me in the direction of what I was looking for and instead he said i will do one better and take you to it. That's never happened to me before. Well done will be telling all my friends.

Customer service was very slack, i used the self service and when the money wouldnt go through it was like an effort for the lady to come help. I will stick with going through the checkout from now on. The food quality is good, in the vegie dept. a person was putting out what seemed like nice fruit n veg. In the deli the lady was very nice. Big store with plenty of room to take my time and browse.

Customer service her is exceptional. The friendly staff are always so polite and make you feel very welcome. The prices are fantastic especially when feeding a young family. The kids snacks are all taken care of at half the price I would have normally paid. Could not believe that the products are the same as the dearer ones with just different packaging. I will be returning every week. Thankyou

The kids and I had a great day. We had never been on a steam train before. The smell of a steam train will last in our noses for ever. The kids enjoyed the sounds the locomotive makes. Was easy to get a ticket with not much waiting. Was kind of like it was back when I was a kid. It was disappointing that we were not on a longer train trip.
