They just don’t respond! Service is non existent no matter how you contact them or what the reason. Initially I was trying to get an order update and/or a tracking number but they only sent automated response saying they’d be in contact. Tried everything, email, Facebook, pmed also, nothing but automated or copied responses. My order arrives, it’s the wrong product! An inferior cheaper product also advertised on their site! I emailed, pmed, put in a PayPal claim, still no response. I kept calling till I got through and they told me I had to fill out a form that they had not yet sent even though I’d already sent all the info including photos twice already I sent it all again, still waiting on a response! Called again, as they were meant to get back to me and didn’t (again) still waiting. Absolutely save yourself, avoid this company at all costs. Nightmare

After failing to deliver my parcel and not having tracking as per website and me following up multiple times over 3 weeks before I was told it was lost, they then told me they couldn’t resend as they had no stock. Checked website and it was still saying available so I reordered as they advised and requested they send express or at least registered since I’d been messed around. They sent it standard post. I’m now chasing a refund on another order which my requests were initially ignored till I put In a Paypal claim. They’re now telling me they won’t refund till I close the Paypal claim. Shocking service, don’t waste your time with this company
