I ordered a cottron trhrow for an anniversary gift through their online site. I carefully checked that the item was in stock and that the delivery time would meet my needs. I ordered and paid and then heard nothing. I decided to call and check and was advised the person who deals with internet inquiries was not in. The salesperson offered to take the details and get them to call me the next morning. I waited until after lunch and then called again. The internet person was unavailable but the original salesperson advised they would check it out and call me back shortly. She did this promptly and when she called I was told the item was out of stock and would not arrive until Friday. Postage would be another 3 days after Monday which would be the first time it could be posted. I advised that this was unsutiable as it would miss my anniversary. I asked why the site said it was in stock when it wasn't. I was advised it was a manual update and there must have been a mistake because the item was definetly not in stock.

I find it particularly poor that the webiste is not accurate with respect to in stock/out of stock items, that I was not advised that the item was not in stock and that I the "internet person" or anyone else did not return my call.

Suggest if you need a gift by a certain date you call them if you want something from this site

About a week later I getan email advising the item is on back order and will not be available until end of October please advise if I would like to cancel the order. I immediately advised by email to cancel the order. I am stil waiting for my refund.

As part of kitchen reno, added new points, moved points, installed rangehood, fixed existing lights, removed existing lights, installed lighting and some rewiring. All work was performed efficiently and to a high standard, priced was great, nothing was too much trouble, great care taken to do a good job. I would (and have) recommended to anyone needing electrical work

Greg was a fantastic celebrant, and he made a real difference to our wedding. He provided guidance about the ceremony that involved our guests in the whole process. We had so many comments about how good the ceremony was and what fun it was. If you want a wedding that everyone enjoys as well as you then I recommend you use Greg. He is a little more expensive than other celebrants but well worth it.

Dr Chik is very skilled and has treated various ailments of mine from back spasms to sinus. She is very responsive and is flexible if you have to change appointments.

I have very difficult nails to grow as they split and peel. Wendy is extremely patient with my problem nails and for the first time in my life I have long nails. I got all the kits for my Hens Night from them - they were really helpful making extra kits and getting them to me on time even though they were interstate at a major show. They even gave me a discount and free shipping because I bought so many kits. Everyone had a blast putting them together and the night was a lot of fun
