Victor was very pleasant and professional. He gave me an indication of price before attending the job, and stuck to it once the work was done. He rang beforehand to let me know when he was 30 mins away. I had some light switches replaced and a couple of other items looked into for possible future work. Would happily call him in the future and will be recommending him to family and friends.

I rang to see if I could get the outside air conditioning unit moved. Victor and his fellow employees are courteous, on-time and efficient. They even cleaned up after themselves! I would easily recommend their service.

Victor was promptly on time for his 9:30am appointment. He already knew what I needed from the phone call, and had all of the replacements ready to go. He was polite, courteous and happy to answer any of my questions.
I was impressed at the speed and quality of his work. Victor didn't waste any time crawling around in the ceiling cavity to run a new cable without any assistance. I offered to help, but he didn't need it. Victor finished the job without any problems and was happy to quote for some other work that I was thinking about. I thought it would be easier to get the quote from him now, considering he already has experience of the property.
No mess was left behind and everything works as expected.

Victor completed the electrical work for a kitchen renovation, including a new circuit board. He was always punctual and efficient, did great work, advised on aspects I hadn't thought of (e.g. lighting) and was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Victor replaced our old range hood and installed ducting where previously there was none in addition to installing a brighter light above the vanity mirror in the bathroom. Victor took the old range hood away with him and cleaned up both worksites on completion of the work. Victor conducts himself in a very courteous and professional manner and I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone requiring electrical work.

Victor came to fix my hot water service. He replaced the thermostat and got it working again. Unfortunately the heater was leaking so his repair did not last but this was not his fault.

Victor installed 2 ceiling fans for me. The first time I have had a tradesman arrive early in years! He was the 3 P's, Prompt, Polite and Professional. It is really nice to have a tradesman that is so pleasant and gets the job done. I can't recommend him highly enough. I would certainly use this company again.

Victor repaired some faulty light switches. He was reliable, calling to advise he would be a bit late. He was efficient, competant, honest and worked quickly. A pleasure to deal with.

I had 2 fans installed, 2 rebalanced and my cooktop ignite switches fixed. Victor was very particular about the quality of his work, and took the initiative to think about how I'd use the lights and what switches I'd need. He did a great job and spent about 4.5 hours doing it all. Very thorough. He even set the clock on the oven after he'd finished fixing it!

I had my safety switch and smoke alarm installed by Victor. Even during quotation, Victor was really professional, easy to deal with, and you know he is not after the money. What I liked about him is that he was open that I may use other cheaper electrician but he gave me advise to make sure that I'll get those 2 docs from them. Our power tripped when I got home after they completed their job and I was engaged with him on the phone figuring out what went wrong. Finally we did and he came back the following day and fixed it without additional cost. He also gave me discount for smoke alarm.

The work done was the installation of light fittings and minor changes to electricals in support of this. I spoke with Victor on the phone who have me a price estimate. The fittings then arrived on the Friday and AGY Electrix were available to install on Monday, which was great! The electricians arrived on time, were friendly, and did the work efficiently and very professionally. They finished earlier than expected. I also asked them to do one other little thing re another light source which they were very happy to do so. The price was within my expectation. i would definitely use AGY Electrix again.

Victor rewired our whole house at an unbelievable price. When he quoted he gave us a price range - we have a solid steel home so acceptable that he thought problems may arise. We expected the high range & were charged the low range! Polite, efficient, great work ethic. Cannot speak highly enough of him & his assistant.

As a disabled women I felt safe with the Victor and his assistant who were courteous, polite, relaxed and friendly. The work was conducted in an efficient, and timely manner, where queries were discussed & resolved in a collaborative manner. It was only a small job of moving lights and repairing down lights, however I have no hesitation in recommending AGY Electrix to others and using them again myself.

AGY installed a circuit breaker for our 3 phase power, in order for us to plug in the charger for our forklift. Victor went out of his way to provide prompt & efficient service as well as good communication as to cost. He worked outside of normal hours to ensure the job was done, so we could have use of our forklift. Very reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend AGY Electrix.

Victor and his apprentice replaced my electric cooktop and relocated some cabling from one wall to another. They responded to my initial enquiry very promptly, arrived on time, were friendly and professional, explained what they could do, worked quickly and didn't go beyond the agreed scope of work. The price was good and I was very happy with the outcome. I don't have any previous experience with electricians to compare with AGY Electrix but I would very confidently recommend this business.

Kitchen re-wired, garage re-wired, bathroom IXL ALL IN 1 fan, light and heat lamp installed. New light and switch installed to rumpus room and internet connection wire relocated. Very impressed with the work performed so had Victor perform urgent work to my sons house. I would reccomend him to anyone. He was on time, very clean and well presented and left no mess once work was completed.

Victor pre wired at frame stage, our Garage/studio and verandah and today returned to install lights, Tv powerpoints, phone line and put up the TV aerial.

AGY Electrix were on time, did what they said they would do and even returned as agreed to replace a faulty fan that needed to be replaced by the supplier. Overall very professional and we will be using them again for other work without hesitation.
