I just want to thank the Childs Property staff for the excellent service. I have recently purchased my first property and from the first phone call to Childs the staff helped me so much and made the whole process so much easier. I had used another building and pest inspection company previously but I found that they were too slow in getting the reports back to me. After two failed attempts I found Childs Property Inspections on the internet. I had stressed to them that I didn't want to miss out on another unit and that I needed the reports back as soon as possible. They were very understanding of my situation and were very helpful. I had received the building report back within 48 hours and the strata report the following day. Because of their prompt service I was successful in purchasing the property. I found it extremely helpful that they have estimates on how much things cost to repair as it gave me better bargaining power and the fact I could speak to the inspector to clarify a few things that were in the building report helped me understand it all the more.
