Jos at Cardinia Massages is very thorough and has a great deal of knowledge and experience in a wide range of remedial massage techniques and other therapies.
I was referred by a friend who had no movement in his hand after an accident and surgery, and he regained full use of his hand. Similarly my injuries were significantly improved following treatment.

Julie's All Ages have a really wide range of clothing, from smart casual to just warm and comfortable and often items that are quite 'dressy'. Their clothes are always interesting and 'different'. When I wear clothes I have bought in their store I regularly get compliments.
They also have clothes for babies and young children (hence the 'all ages'!)
The store regularly has sales (and a sale rack even when they don't have a sale on).
The staff are really friendly and helpful. A great store - well worth a visit!

Monbulk Charcoal Chicken has delicious chicken. Their chips are great, too. We always eat some on the way home while they're hot! They're too nice to leave until we get home.
They have a good range of salads and their scalloped potatoes are delicious.

We needed helium balloons for a recent function - they have good prices and they were very helpful, enabling us to hire a helium tank and demonstrating how to blow up the balloons as well. They even took the helium tank to the car!
They have a great range of party supplies and a big range of cello bags (see website) and paper products as well.

This cafe has great 'basic' food for lunches. My husband doesn't like very fancy cafe food, so he loves the home made pies, roast beef and scalloped potatoes. They have lasagne and they make great sandwiches as well. All tasty and well made. It's the perfect spot for a hearty lunch in the middle of Monbulk. There are so many interesting shops in Monbulk that you can spend hours strolling along the street!

Jenny's Shoppe is the place to go for a 'special occasion' outfit. When my son was married my secretary suggested we go there - and I found just what I wanted at a reasonable price.
They have a great range of clothing - from office to casual as well as a range of lingerie.
I met a family there one day - the husband said it was the sixth family wedding and that his wife always visits the store to find an outfit... and they lived in Gippsland!

We've been to Rose Cottage twice and sent guests there as well. The first time we went was for our wedding anniversary and we had a lovely meal.
The food is well presented and tasty, and is very reasonably priced - most mains are around $20 and the most expensive is eye fillet at $25. (As at June 2012)
The last time we went we took friends who eat vegetarian + fish - there were plenty of options including several fish dishes.
We all had a different dessert - all very nice and well presented.
This is a restaurant for a lovely meal - not too fancy, just great food. The wood fire adds to the cottage atmosphere as well.

I have had a couple of orders from Go Deals - in one of them one product had a loose top and leaked over everything - after lots of complaints they did send some replacement products for those that were ruined, and gave me a refund (initial offer was a Go Dollars credit until I compained that others on the web had reported on that.)
I thought I would give them another go - this time they sent the WRONG order to me - I sent a polite email asking them what they wanted me to do so I could get my package and the other lady could get hers! But no answer - I am now up to 6 emails to them and NO response! The phone number listed elsewhere on the web is disconnected.
Recently they promised to improve service - but it hasn't happened yet. Perhaps they need to sell less items (sometimes they claim 15,000 in a day!) and concentrate on delivery and customer service.
