The noodles are the highlight - the chef makes them in different thicknesses so your bowlful includes some thick and chewy, some thin and slippery. If you like noodles this place is really worth checking out. If you make the trip to Preston for Noodle Kingdom and are sick of waiting in line, One Noodle Friendship is just down the road in the same block.
