A call at the last minute to Dany after my cleaners for me end of lease clean didn't show up - he was able to book me in for 2 hrs time which was FANTASTIC!! They were a little more expensive, but not much & I really needed to get someone - and it was last minute so i was lucky.

They did get postposed by 2 hrs & i was a little worried it was going to turn out like the first company that never even showed up - but Dany kept me up to date via text and they were there on time (5 hrs later) - they did the job on my small unit in 2 hours (2 guys). The oven wasn't done very well & i ended up going over it with a damp cloth (so just a little more work by them & it would have been fine) & they missed the insides of the cupboards in the bedroom (the sides & top, they did the bottom) and the marks came off with gumption when I went back the next day.

Other than the timing hiccup i was happy with the work, the cost, the 2 men that came were very nice, the communication from Dany and I was just so happy they could come out at last minute.

Approximate cost: $122

3hrs late, had no idea who they were sending; couldnt contact any of their drivers to find out how long they would be. But on the upside I was informed about the delay (when I called...). Other than the hiccup with the arrival the 2 guys were very nice & well mannered - they weren't as careful with boxes as maybe I would have liked but they were careful enough (I had NOTHING broken - everything was fine when we unpacked. They also took care not to damage any of the walls in the old or the new. I was there watching the whole time (& I had the owners of the old place watching too...bit of overkill but they are nosey!). They had my small unit packed in just over an hr & had it all unloaded into the new place in a fraction over 3 hrs. There were a fair few stairs in both the old and the new but they didn't complain.

I was worried when they were very late - as i'd then gone and read some reviews, but i was pleasantly surprised that it turned out fine. $280 for the 3 hrs and 2 men was excellent.

Approximate cost: $80

I used the online quote & had a quote of $220 for my small unit end of lease clean including oven, internal windows & steam carpet cleaning. Called SYDNEY CLEANER who confirmed my booking for the Saturday at 10am, asked if they could call me before they were due to arrive as I would be at the new place unpacking - they agreed.
Saturday at 9.45am I began to worry as I hadn't heard anything, called the mobile number given to me 0404 459 366 - no answer. Called the main number 02 9958 5550 - no answer. Called both several times between 9.45am - 11am. Finally started calling other companies to try and get someone out as my lease was ending THAT day!!

I still haven't heard anything from the company about why they didn't show up or an apology. They also seem to trade as 'your-cleaners-sydney', 'ecocleaner' & 'Cleaner Sydney Solutions' Some other contact details include '[email protected]'.

I write this review, and will be copying it to as many places I can find, as I did a search after they didn't show up & could find nothing. Hopefully people will not be burned by these guys.

Approximate cost: $110

Went on a 'cudo' voucher - I've since had my money refunded.
- The guy didn't seem to have good communication skills, he didn't ask me how I was, what I wanted what I was aiming for, no pictures no ideas. He asked 'pick a colour' from the chart - it's not a bloody nail salon. The ha applied the colour.
- I wasn't offered a drink or anything, only by the ';manager' or whomever when they rocked up for work about 930 (I was their first app). Although my voucher said wine tea etc...I mean a drink is generally offered!
- The voucher mentioned a keratin treatment - no such was given or offered, or an explanation of why not
- When it came to the cut - the voucher said' style cut with a senior stylist. He didn't know shit, he looked nervous. He didn't ask me what I want, I had to suggest I had pictures & ideas. I showed him & he didn't understand. My voucher was used because I had a formal dinner to go to so thought it would be a good idea....so I had plans for an updo. He ended up snipping here and there at my fringe, then left to go wash out the other girls colour. Then another lady came in to start her shift & he handed me over to her & i re-told what I was after. She snipped here and there for about 5 min and then spent 20 min blow drying & GHD-ing my hair - she used no protective product at all.
- As a result of lack of treatment & no protective product used for heat styling my hair went frizzy and dry at the ends by the next day and I had to buy another treatment pack for it.
- Colour started to wash out by the next day when I did the treatment, and every-time since I've washed it (it's been 6 days).
-On Saturday (3 days post-app) when I had my hair appointment for my updo I saw that patches of the colour had washed out at the back and was now a browny colour (from bright red)
- $30 voucher was supposed to be included, and was never offered and given when I handed over the certificate or when I asked 'is there anything else?' before I left...
I put a complaint into Cudo & have received my money back - I suggest any one else with similar issues does the same.

I would NOT recommend & would NEVER go there again.
