Fantastic service from my initial enquiry. My removalists were professional, friendly and worked at an incredible pace the whole way through. Would gladly recommend Zoom Removals for those seeking peace of mind during a move

We booked Zoom to help us move from Sydney to Victoria at the end of last year. We paid the deposit and visited their office to pick up the free boxes they provide about a month before our moving date. Our move was scheduled for the morning of Wednesday 20th of December. On the Monday before the move Zoom rang us and told us that they would let us know on the Tuesday what time the removalists would be there on the Wednesday. Later that Monday Zoom rang us and told us that they would no longer be able to do our move. Apparently we were booked in a move with a number of other customers and one of the had cancelled and it was no longer worth there while continuing with the move. This meant that they simply cancelled the move for ourselves and at least 3 other groups of customers who were booked on this move at the last minute. The lady we spoke to from Zoom argued that it was not there responsibility to do the move even though we had paid the deposit. I spoke with her for quite a while on the phone arguing our case as I thought it was there responsibility to do the move as we had paid the deposit and it was cancelled with such short notice it would be impossible to find another removalist (it was also right before Christmas). I was told by this lady that she would contact us on the Tuesday and she would help find someone to do the the move. We never heard form her agin. They did return the deposit that we paid, however I would avoid using Zoom at all costs. If they are willing to treat their customers like this I definitely which such an important job. They might be cheap but definitely unreliable. have uploaded our proof of purchase and correspondence with Zoom to this review site as evidence.

Used Zoom Contractors to move 1 suburb. They turned up 4 hours late and it took them 6.5 hours to move a 1 bedroom unit. Cost me a fortune and I ended up with a broken washing machine, broken fridge, broken microwave and 3 smashed glasses. They refused to pay and they never offered me insurance. They refused to negotiate with Fair Trading and it goes to the Tribunal soon! Wish me luck!

Zoom Removals moved my 5bedroom home on the weekend and couldnt be happier!

These guys were absolutely brilliant.. I am definitely using them again for any moving requirements. Very professional and efficient. They also took very good care of my goods to ensure that they would not be damaged. Didn't charge a fortune for their service either. I found out about these guys by word of mouth and have no issue in recommending them to anyone as well.

I just wanted to write in regards to our recent move using Zoom Removals. We had the pleasure of having two lovely boys move our house last Friday 20th August; Persie and Yannick. We were so impressed with their professionalism. They went above and beyond their call of duty and nothing was a problem. They worked tirelessly the whole entire day and took great care with each and everything they moved. They were friendly, fast, efficient and an absolute pleasure to have around for the day, to the point where they felt like two extra family members! They were polite and they helped us move extra items ready for trash removal. We offered them lunch and drinks and they humbly refused as they didnt want to appear to offend us , but of course we fed them anyway. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly be hiring them if we move our house in the future. They are both a major credit to your company and they made what could have been an extremely stressful, wearing day a joy! Please send this feedback to their Managers.
