I found the prices to be amazing! Not to mention their trade offers, like, trade 2 games (I traded old games worth not much) and get another game for $1! With a great selection of $1 games to pick from.
The staff are amazingly friendly, nice and really know their stuff on games and consoles, and they are honest with their opinion on the games which is good. I mainly spoke with the staff member with Red/Black hair and a Lip piercing who was incredibly helpful and really nice, but have spoken to two other male staff in the past, all of whom were great to deal with.

One small issue they do seem to have is that popular games in their sales do sell fast. They were out of the new AFL game when I was there yesterday, as well as some of the games advertised in their catalogue for $1

All round I recommend this place if you want good knowledge, good service and good prices
