OK so let's be fair here: Telstra have the worst customer service and pricing of the major carriers...
BUT !!! 5 out of 5 for the actual service ... both mobile and landline services are THE BEST.
Pitty you have to pay more money and suffer bad service to get the best!

Constantly called my business number in a never ending barrage to sell me Local SEO stuff for my area of Melbourne. Turned out they completely failed to deliver but I didn't understand that how SEO worked at the time and that's what they play on when they FAKE IT.
Then they sold me a new website that was WORSE THAN MY OLD ONE.... Things never worked on it - the contact forms did work - the quote form was just completely fake - you could look at it but it did nothing!!!!
Then they never answered their phone again!
I went to the their Melbourne address and it was an unrelated business that were SICK OF having people show up for Business Pro Designs
All of my money was lost and never got anything ... the web site that customers thought they were contacting me through - but never worked... eventually just disappeared overnight ...
