Found Zesta Kitchens from wordofmouth, it's such a pleasure to visit their Nunawading display room, Sue is so friendly, patient and helpful. Toby the big boss came straight after I made the phone call asking for an onsite measure and quotation. With his busy schedules, Toby always made time for me to discuss the kitchen plan and layout, and he gave excellent advice regarding my kitchen plan. Without him, I won't have courage to remove part of the load bearing wall, and without him, I wouldn't be happy with my kitchen renovation. He even introduced the best builder Paul Rabinowicz to us. Without Zesta, I wouldn't go this far with my renovation. With all these helps from Toby and Paul, I start to love this newly bought property. And For sure, once renovation finishes, We would fall in love with Our new property and enjoy it every moment of our life.

Nick was recommended during my bathroom and kitchen renovations. I was a bit hesitant initially as Nick had no review on wordofmouth.com.au. On day of Quotation, we found Nick to be friendly, not only to us as customers, but also to my two and half years old boy. He gave very reasonable quote that won't cost us a fortune, and he is very honest with his quotations. Even my projects haven't finished yet, I felt lucky that I found Nick, he did his job properly and never made a fuss. Even my kitchen cabinet guy told me that my plumber is doing everything perfect. Nick is so easy to work with and I believe Nick will be my future plumber guy.

Very happy to find Joel here. Joel came today just to give a quotation on security alarm and camera, I am already very impressed with him. The existing property has an ADT alarm system, but we were not given a master code when we bought the property. Joel helped me to reset the code, and showed me how to use it at no fuss. He explained his products well and gave no pressure. I decided on the spot that I will have Joel to do the job even I haven't received his definite quote yet, and I don't have a 2nd quote to compare. But I believe that I will receive the best service, and be a happy customer.

I received fast response From Rob, but the after care service is not great. One of the lock is not working well, but nothing has been done since Rob noted the problem.

We had few quotes for our roof full restorations. One company quoted us 10 K and another company six thousand, both company pressurised us to accept their special offer on the day of quoting. We were very lucky to find David before we made our final decisions, he is friendly and professional from the start of the quoting to the end that he finished our roof today. He gave us a very reasonable quotes and his quotes even included changing the valley, none of the other companies mentioned to us that our valley due to be changed. During these few days of work, David already attracted attention from the streets, and he is coming back weeks later to do another roof on the street. I believe that I would see him a few more times around our areas. Now, our house looks gorgeous. We would definitely recommend David to our friends as we know that he could be trusted and we are very lucky to have him to do our roof.
