This review is for Dr. Hai Dovan Dental Surgeon, Cabramatta NSW

My sister and I are both patients of Dr. Hai and Peter. After a disastrous dental visit when I was 8, leaving me deathly afraid of dentists, I am so glad I came here for my dental needs. Both dentists are patient, understanding and so good at making you feel at ease when getting any work done.
My first visit I was so anxious but Peter talked me through the process and even gave me options which would reduce the pain and make the experience much more pleasurable for me.
I definitely recommend this dental surgery!

After reading some lukewarm reviews about this place, I was a bit tentative to go here for dinner on a Saturday night. However, I was left pleasantly surprised.

We booked a table, arrived about 5 minutes late yet seated immediately. Menus were placed on our tables for our perusal.

After about 5 minutes, the waitstaff came back and asked if we wanted drinks. At this point, I enquired about some of the drinks and the waitstaff happily answered my questions.

After 10 minutes, we flagged someone down to place our orders. Our meals arrived within a reasonable timeframe.

The dishes were great. Whilst I question just how authentic the food is, it did taste great. One strange thing I found was that we ordered rice for one of the meals. As they charge per person for the rice, we got asked if we shared the rice when paying. Bit strange when its usually - if rice is for one meal, one person, it's just a bowl. Otherwise, charged accordingly without having to ask patrons.

The prices aren't too far-fetched either but don't expect a cheap eat.

Great service, clean restaurant and good food.

This review is for Bing Lee, Liverpool NSW

Bing Lee at Megacenta Liverpool is a welcomed new addition. However, the customer service there leaves little to be desired.

I came here to purchase a camera. When I requested the colour I wanted, I was told the company does not make it and really, what's wrong with a totally different colour? The staff are not knowledgeable at all because 1 - the company DOES produce the product in the colour I requested because I just saw it at another store in the Megacenta and if I wanted a different colour then I wouldn't have asked for the first colour now, would I?

There was quite a few staff working on the floor during a weekday and yet I had to walk around the store for 20 minutes chasing someone down for service. I was not greeted nor asked if I needed any help.

Disappointing service. Otherwise, store is well spaced out, large with many products and brands available.

This review is for Pho Tau Bay, Cabramatta NSW

One of my favourite places in Sydney for Pho. It's about as close to authentic Pho as you can get at a restaurant.

The broth is always made with exceptionally authentic and delicious flavours. There's always a generous serving of beef.

Whilst the restaurant is definitely no 5 star in terms of interior and ambience, don't be put off by this. Staff are friendly and the Pho always come out quick!

Approximate cost: $11

This shop sells fresh seafood and actual seafood!

It has become one my favourite places to grab fish and chips from. It's cheap, tastes fresh and delicious and the service is quick and friendly.

My partner and I were in the area on a Wednesday night so we thought we would stop by and grab dinner at this restaurant.

It was very quiet - there were about 5 other tables around us - when we arrived. Service was prompt and the waitress kindly answered any queries I had and was happy to accomodate to my deitary requirements.

Food tasted delicious as well as the drinks.

Definitely be returning!

This review is for Ma'leisia Cafe, Parramatta NSW

Ma'leisia Cafe offers cheap and authentic Malaysian food. Don't expect 5 star customer service though. The waiters are blunt but courteous.

They have lunch specials ranging from $8.90-$10.90. What a bargain.

I've tried the fried prawn wontons, laksa and chicken rice. All great value and all tasted fantastic.

The cafe is a bit small but not too cramped.

Approximate cost: $10.90

This review is for Forty Winks, Liverpool NSW

After my horrible service at Sleeping Giant, Auburn, I headed to Forty Winks at the Megacenta in Orange Grove/Liverpool. I was promptly greeted by a staff member who was very helpful in explaining the various mattresses and packages they had. After about 15-20 minutes of me being indecisive, the patient staff member gladly helped me place my order. I paid my deposit and 2 days later, I came back to pick it up.

Nice, quick and easy! All the staff members that I encountered were patient, friendly, understanding and helpful.

Definitely recommend them! Keep an eye out for their special offers.

I've been here a couple of times and each time I'm left disappointed. Will not be going back.

Food, for the price you pay, isn't all that great. Tastes bland and I've just left it on the plate with one or two bites.

Service is slow - and this is constant. Doesn't matter if it's busy or not. Rude and blunt service.

This review is for Travelodge, Docklands VIC

My partner and I stayed here over the Easter break and I expected a simple, basic service and room. However, what I got was fantastic customer service and a clean, spacious, modern room. Whilst the rooms are basic - you get a kitchenette (mini bar, kettle and microwave), they were what we required. We didn't need a full blown self-contained kitchen - we're on holidays! This means the savings = more spending money.

We got the king size bed which was great. Spacious and large and no one bumping into each other at night and disturbing the other's sleep.

We had some issues with the lock and our key and the staff was very happy to resolve it as quickly as possible with no disruption to us - even past midnight!

Their reception area is manned 24 hours so you can be sure that someone will be there to help you.

Travelodge Docklands is located right near Southern Cross Station and various tram stops. It's also very close to the Harbour Esplanade and Etihad Stadium.

It seems like quite a popular place with Asian tourists who can be quite loud..

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we would be returning.
