Great online retailer for contact lenses, eye glasses and sunglasses. The prices are much lower than what you would pay in-store with authenticity guaranteed.

They usually have a "Get your first pair of glasses free" if you subscribe to their email which is great. It includes the standard lenses though so you do have to pay for the lenses etc but the frames are definitely free and still work out much cheaper.

Shipping and delivery is prompt and they send out emails updating you about each step in the process!

Best thing about this place would be the garlic sauce.

The prices are CRAZY especially if you want to take it away. So expensive compared to similar restaurants in the area.

The chips are cooked nicely. Crunchy and fresh. The chicken is alright. Not too dry.

If I remember correctly, the dine in price includes lebanese bread and pickles.

Great nails' supply store. Stocks popular brands such as OPI and China Glaze along with Essie, Orly, Precision amongst other small brands. They also sell acrylic powders, nail filing machines etc The prices are much cheaper than the major department stores!

Their stock are a bit so-so. Sometimes they get the new collections in fast. Other times, it seems like as though they have not stocked for a month or so. So maybe call up before heading there.

I have ordered from Fountain Cosmetics twice and have been impressed both times.

Items are guaranteed authentic and you don't have to pay the Australian RRP which can be a rip off most of the time!

Their shipping is insanely quick - usually received within 2-3 days of ordering online and each order comes with free samples which YOU get to choose!

Fountain Cosmetics also has a point reward system which is great. You get rewarded for restocking on essentials or purchasing more make up!

My experience with Crush Cosmetics was A+!

I received my items within 3 days, packaged securely and were as described. They were even generous enough to include a freebie.

They stock fantastic items at low prices. Many items are sourced from the USA such as ELF, Urban Decay, China Glaze and NYX.

It's great to finally have an avenue to purchase make up items at low prices without having to compromise on quality.

This review is for Motor Emporium, Croydon NSW

One of the best car dealers in NSW. I was looking at purchasing a car when I came across one I liked from Motor Emporium. I sent off an email enquiring where they were located and when I could come in and have a look at the car. Within 24 hours, my queries were answered and I came in for a look in the next few days.

I was able to go for a test drive and the car salesman was happy to answer any questions I had. He did have to 'dumb' down some things so I could understand which I was very appreciative of as some other car salesmen spoke technically which did not make any sense to me!

The Motor Emporium car salesman was happy for me to come back in a few days with my partner, who knows more about cars than I do, to have a look and let me know his opinion.

We came back, had another look, partner was happy with it and I put a deposit!

The whole process was easy and flawless. Everything was easy to understand and he was not pushy at all.

Fantastic!

The service is very slow at this specific KFC restaurant. Every single time I come here, without fail, I, along with other patrons, have to wait 15 minutes (at least!) for our meals. Usually only one person at the registers even IF there's a queue of 5-7 people.

This review is for Holy Basil, Canley Heights NSW

verified email - 08 Dec 2011

Holy Basil has quickly built up a reputation as THE Thai Laos restaurant in the south-west. While this reputation is deserving, I feel that there are BETTER restaurants in the area that does not require at least a 15 minute wait every night with much cheaper prices for the same quality of food.

The decor at Holy Basil is very modern but it is quite 'cosy'. The service has gone downhill though. The last time we came to eat, we had to ask for a jug of water 4 times. The drink servings has definitely decreased as well whilst the price remains the same.

The food is on par with other Thai Laos restaurants in the area - it is just served much more nicely.

What Holy Basil is famous for though is the fried ice cream. It uses puff pastry and I guess this is what sets it apart. However, they do charge such a premium price for it. It's nice to try once to see if it lives up to the hype.

This review is for Nando's, Merrylands NSW

The service at Nando's is a bit better than average. On their busy nights when it takes a while (20minutes+) for you to receive your order, they do give you a complimentary chicken or chips etc This is great as they are acknowledging the fact that the store is busy but you are still a valued customer.

The chickens always turn out just right. Never too burnt or undercooked. Generous basting and a lot of flavour!

This has to be one of the most appalling service I have ever received from ANY retail store.

I went into the store and ordered a bed frame and mattress. Paid for delivery for the following weekend. When the delivery was made, the parts that were delivered did not fit the frame - quite obvious as the parts were made for a DIFFERENT size bed frame. Noticing this mistake, I called up their head office and notified them to which I was informed that they would send out someone during the week to collect the incorrect part and deliver the correct part.

Second delivery was of the SAME incorrect part! I asked the delivery guy if this was a mistake and he promptly told me that basically, the correct part was not in stock and I would have to wait.

Being annoyed at this stage, I called up the warehouse to which I was informed by the receptionist that you know - they wouldn't have sent out the wrong part but I even had the delivery guy check and attempt to install the 'correct' part which did NOT fit.

I was told by the warehouse receptionist that I should leave my name and number and someone would call me back in the next couple of days.

Surprise, surprise. No phone call for a week. I had to call THEM up and asked to speak to someone in charge. I was transferred to someone in a different department. I asked for a refund because at this point, I was fed up. If parts are not in stock then you should inform your customers. Not give them the runaround! The lady on the phone informed me that the person who is required to sign the refund cheques was on holidays and she was not sure when they would be back to which I said, "So you don't know when I will get my refund? Why is there only ONE person who can sign these cheques and when they are sick, on holidays etc CUSTOMERS don't get refunds??" And you know what? SHE HUNG UP ON ME.

In the end, I did receive my cheque - a month later. But the service was DISGUSTING. To give a customer a runaround and not take responsibility for a mistake on the shop's behalf is appalling. But to HANG UP on a customer?

NEVER AGAIN SLEEPING GIANT.
