If you need help with your garage door, call B&D, and they will take good care of you. Fast, courteous, no attempts to up-sell or cross-sell things or services; what's not to like. Now my garage door operates much more smoothly, all parts well lubricated, and not to mention replaced load springs. My partner commented it is way quieter now.

Melbourne-Singapore-Heathrow return. First leg to London on B777 noisy but comfortable seats; poor hand control for entertainment screen. Lower deck on A380 comfortable but economy still feels cramped. Returned to Melbourne in upper deck seat 80 D and E. Great seats, walkway in front, no seats either side. Did not have to pay extra for these seats but as good as exit/bulkhead seats you do pay extra for. Flight attendants excellent. Food very good except for breakfast before landing Melbourne. One miserable warm roll and a bit of fruit. Entertainment easy to navigate. I wish Singapore (and other airlines) would instruct passengers to put seats in upright position when meals are being served so that person behind has a little extra room.

Authenticity: I believe many food critics especially in newspapers don't actually know what's authentic because they didn't grow up with that particular cuisine. Since, I'm not Turkish I won't comment even though I've been there. Anyway, the food is good; what is noticeable when compared to other turkish restaurants around Canberra is that the meat is not dry; in fact it is juicy and just right; another thing would be that it's not that oily; babaganoush, carrot and spinach dips for entree, then try the mixed grill (one between 2) for main! Sensational! Dinner for two or a friend or family get together, it is worth it.

Until I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Shareif Elhoufy, I had nothing but unpleasant memories of a dental office. Now, I am so lucky that a trusted friend recommended Dr Elhoufy. His professionalism and personality are the best. He takes time to assess my health problems and treats me as needed to keep my teeth healthy. Absolutely pain free and he made me very comfortable. Possibly the best dentist I ever had. I'm very happy with him and have recommended him to at least one other person who is also quite satisfied.
