Taringa medical centre are good for "emergencies" which aren't quite serious enough for a hospital visit but don't expect a fantastic enjoyable experience. It found it easy to get a same day appointment and if they couldnt fit me in, they allowed me to wait and see if any time could be spared. I only waited 45 minutes which was great. The doctors are quite brisk and abrupt, the reception staff aren't the most welcoming but they get the job done. The fees are EXPENSIVE so only go if its urgent. The pharmacy next door has extended opening hours which is handy.

The only place to get dessert in Brisbane! I cannot fault any of the dessets I have tried here- they've all been of such high quality. The prices are a little steep but its worth it for a special treat. The wait staff are always attentive but occasionally I've felt "rushed along" at the end of the night. Still, a great place to eat!

I love the atmopshere at Three Monkies-definitely one of the best in Brisbane. The outside area is gorgeous just to sit and relax. You never feel pressued by staff to move along quickly or hurry up, which is nice. The menu doesn't have the widest variety but they make a mean milkshakre and have nice cakes and sweets.

I've only had takeaway from this restaurant so I cannot comment on the dining in experience. However, the takeaway food as delicious- definitely up there with some of the best thai I've tried. The staff are gorgeous and very friendly. The prices are great too- they seem to throw in a bag of prawn chips for no charge which is lovely.

A lovely little suburban restaurant which is so charming and perfect for a casual weeknight dinner. Its very "down to earth" but still offers excellent quality food for a very reasonable price. The staff are warm and friendly and very attentive. The food arrived without complaint. The back room is a little bit underdecorated so aim for a front room booking for a special occasion.

Fantastic quality of fruit- Im yet to find a fruit shop that has such fresh, ripe and delicious fruit! The prices are quite good, especially for fruit that is on sale or 'bulk buy buckets'. I find the deli goods to be a bit overpriced for my budget but they still look delicious! The staff are really quick and helpful because there is always long lines. the carpark can fill up really quickly so consider off street parks. Also, they have a $10 EFTPOS minimum. I would absolutely recommend Crisp on Creek- I am yet to find a better fruit shop!

Celebrated a friends birthday here recently with a small group for dinner on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant was empty, bar us and one other couple which was nice. The service was very attentive and the pizza was delicious! I particularly enjoyed the dessert pizza- highly recommend to split with another person. BYO was handy and the other dirnks were also well priced. The only negative was that I got the feeling the staff were keen to leave and started packing up the restaurant while we were still eating dessert which made us a little uncomfortable. All in all, I recommend for a casual and reasonbly priced dinner. They also do nice takeaway- quick and piping hot.

A step above the usual "fish and chip" shop but still has a very casual feel to it and the prices are still quite reasonably. YOu'd pay a bit more for food here as opposed to your corner store fish and chip shop but its well worth it. The food comes out fast and hot- I've never had any cause to complain! Staff are friendly and helpful. Its BYO which is even better. Would recommend for a casual lunch. The drinks are a bit pricey so I'd recommend bringing your own.

I was recommend to use All Aces as the premier stain removers however I found them to be overpriced for the service they offered. The technian was very friendly and helpful and although the carpet was improved, it wasn't the "90% improvement" that the technian claimed it was. The carpet redirtied the next day. I would recommend them for general carpet cleaning only, not if you have specific stains.

I highly recommend Kelly at Bennets and Jackson as a haridresser. She is very skilled at what she does and listens to your needs without going overboard. I also found her helpful in making suggestions but ultimately leaving the choice to you. There is no pressure to purchase products that often goes on in other salons. Kelly is friendly and makes great conversation; she always seems to remember what is going on in your life!
