As our door frame was an unusual size we needed timber french doors made to measure. We were able to take some glass home to see how it would look in the room. The doors were made to perfection and look great I must say.

When we first renovated we shopped around for quotes on all interior and exterior lights. With prices in hand we visited this store, (Yes we had been to other Lighting stores as well as other Light Up stores)
James was able to give us a FANTASTIC price which was $$$$$ off the other quotes. They also have some great specials on deleted lines. I returned today to buy more lights and again was given at least a $200.00 discount from other lighting shops quote.

I needed a front verandah removed it was concrete but no one new what was under it, if it was clean fill or builders rubbish. All U Need came and we worked on 2 prices 1 for a clean fill the other for rubbish removal. It turns out there are different tipping charges for each. The job turned out to be very difficult with some places being 20 inches thick of concrete but a great job was done.

Received quote for Insulation, David gave 2 prices being for DIY and they do, this along with advise on the type of Insulation we needed. Being a renovation we needed the Insulation in dribs and drabs rather than in all 1 hit, This was no problem at all, 1 phone call and the required number of bags were delivered all this happened over several months. This company also removes old insulation as well

Needed to get Hot Water Temperature Controls for Rinnai Hot Water Service had the price but when I went to Bourne their price was alot lower than my quotes. The service I received was very knowledgeable and ended up buying more odds and ends for the bathroom at great discounted prices. Well worth a visit to this store.
