My investment property was badly damaged by the (evicted), tenants, and unfortunately it also had a terrible cockroach infestation. The cockroaches were EVERYWHERE - even falling off vertical blinds and landing on me. They were also coming out from under the carpets. The paving at our residential property certainly needed a clean (front and back). When Johnny from 'Guard Industry' came promptly to provide a quote, Johnny produced a booklet on eco cleaning and sealing products that 'Guard Industry' uses. Johnny listened to my requirements, and suggested alternatives (to suit budget), with regards to the sealing of the brick pavers after they had been cleaned.

Johnny was professional, thorough, and courteous and spent a great deal of time explaining the products used. Johnny is also the supplier of 'Guard Industry' products in WA. When I needed further clarification of the products used, Johnny promptly returned my calls.

After researching other cleaning products available here in WA; the international use of 'Guard Industry' products; and Johnny's professionalism and expertise, I felt comfortable with proceeding with Johnny and 'Guard Industry' products.
Whilst the actual cleaning product was effective, it clearly was Johnny who put in all the hard yakka. Johnny noted areas that were particularly stained, and returned to those areas to concentrate on the spot cleaning. Johnny also moved outdoor furniture, and other outdoor paraphernalia to ensure a proper clean and seal. Thank you Johnny for also cleaning the letter box !
As the pavers at my property are in excess of 20 years old, some of the stains could not be removed, however the overall appearance has significantly improved.

I think that new properties would benefit in having the paving areas sealed. The cost would also be reduced, as a clean would not be required.

I had my TigerTurf (Summer Envy), synthetic lawn installed 8 years ago. The look of the lawn was important to me. A lot of the synthetic lawns that I had seen did not resemble the ‘real deal’ and I wanted a natural looking lawn. After doing my research, I settled on the TigerTurf lawn (Summer Envy), as the product looked so real it even had tiny brown thatch specks in it for extra realism. The synthetic lawn has huge benefits. Water saving costs was one of the main reasons for installation, but it is also an excellent deterrent for weeds. If weeds do manage to take hold, they can easily be pulled out or sprayed.
A school is located close by to my property, and many families walking to / back from school comment on how lovely the lawn looks.
About 3 years ago, I noticed that a section of the lawn (near the join), had separated. Over time, this area of the lawn has widened into a gap.
I contacted the installer who said he would come and take a look. As he lives in Hillarys he advised that he was unsure when he would be able to come as he doesn’t get many jobs in my area. After numerous unanswered phone messages and phone calls, the installer advised that it was not worth his while (due to distance), to look at the lawn, and the installation was ‘out of warranty’. The installer also advised that it would not be cost effective (to him), to remedy the issue.
I contacted TigerTurf (Melbourne), and told them my story. The company felt that this was an installation issue, and said they would be in further contact with me once they had contacted the installer. TigerTurf did contact the installer, and they advised me that it was highly unlikely that the installer would attend.
TigerTurf were extremely understanding about my frustration and the lack of action and reaction of the installer. During this time I also contacted an independent lawn installer to look at the lawn and he said that the original installer did not use enough glue at the seams.
Meanwhile, the TigerTurf Company (Melbourne), contacted a Perth installer to look at the problem. This installer inspected the lawn and he was of the same opinion that the original installer did not use enough glue at the seams, and that the glue should have been applied to a much wider distance along the seam line (on both sides of the lawn) - not just along the seam line.
The outcome of my dilemma is that I have had my lawn fixed by TigerTurf even though they were under no obligation to do so. I would like to thank the TigerTurf Company for funding the ‘fix it’ job, and remedying the gap in the lawn. IT IS MUCH APPRECIATED, and it looks wonderful again.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the TIGERTURF lawn for its looks and durability. It is a great product. I also recommend that when selecting a synthetic lawn that the purchaser also contacts the supplier (such as Tiger Turf), to ask for an installer that they recommend.

Kim and Brod from “Leave It To Us Landscaping” are absolutely amazing !!
When Kim and Brod first arrived to take a look at our back yard and garden, they listened to our ideas and requirements, and had a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
They have a friendly, easy going attitude, and offered constructive advice and suggestions. We were give valuable advice on plant selection and suitability of plant location. We felt confident that Kim and Brod understood what we wanted, and we were prepared to wait a few weeks until they had completed another job. When the commencement day finally arrived, it was obvious that team Kim and Brod worked really hard and gave 100% to the job. Whilst we had a fairly good idea on what our back yard would eventually look like, Kim and Brod had the ‘vision’ on what it WOULD look like.
Our back garden is not accessible to large machinery, and it was necessary for Kim and Brod to remove all our old lawn by hand. The weather was hot and humid, but Kim and Brod toiled on in high temperatures. Kim and Brod are meticulous, thorough, and pay attention to detail in all areas of their work. They really are the ‘ Dynamic Duo’ and we really appreciate all their hard work.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Our back garden is a sight to behold. Never in our wildest dreams did we imagine it would look as good as it does. We are thrilled with the results, and we love spending time in it.

Lou’s Lawns Harrisdale (Glenn), has been keeping my lawn looking pristine for a number of years now. This is no easy task with our pet dogs also enjoying the back lawn. Glenn treats the lawn as if it is his own, and when he has finished the job, the back lawn and garden always looks tidy. In 2018 our back garden was redesigned (more paving, less grass). Prior to this being done, Glenn advised on the best course of action for grass removal. Our new back garden now has a smaller lawn area. Glenn requoted based on the smaller lawn area, and I was very happy with the quote. Glenn came to take a look to see if the lawn was ready for a mow. Glenn advised that it would be better to wait a little longer to further establish the lawn. Glenn returned the following week to check on the progress of the lawn. A further wait was necessary. We made an appointment for Gordon (Property Services Group), to inspect and provide termite treatment to our residential property.
After the appointment was made, we immediately received an email to confirm the date and time, and on the morning of the inspection, we received a courtesy reminder. Great service !
We have used another company over the past 5 years, and we were very unhappy with their performance. As soon as the 5 year termite treatment expired, we decided to use Property Services Group based on the glowing reviews. We are glad we did.
