Karen always does a fabulous job looking after our holiday plans. And suggests and recommends things you may have never thought of. Everything is covered from the time you leave home and on your return. No stone is left unturned, making for a smooth holiday. Would not go anywhere else. Greg Malham gave back my life. I could not walk 500mtrs. sleep or sit without severe pain radiating down my lower back into my butt and down my leg. I was on extremely high pain killers to no avail. I went to many docs. physio and many xrays and carried the pain for about 18months with no help from any one. Finally my GP sent me to Greg Malham, she had heard good things about his work. Well he was right onto it. And explained very clearly what he intended to do. He is revolutionary with new unobtrusive methods. Replaced a crushed disc in lower back, but still the pain persisted but not as severe. On return visit to him, he was not happy with result and I under went a second op and this time he removed 3 arthritic nodes from my spine which were compacting on my sciatic nerve. The day after the op I was up and about pain free. After 6 months down the track I am nearly back to my old self, walking, sleeping and enjoying life again. Thank you to Greg Malham. The heat lamp band lights would not come on and instead of replacing the whole unit (as most electricians would do) as the power supply had burnt out, Tony dismantled the unit and repaired the heat lamp saving me the purchase of a new one

Fan motor replaced same day we called for a service then a week later the defrost pipes became blocked and they cleaned out the system again the same day arriving at the nominated time. Charges depend on the work performed

We went to their dinning room with a voucher that they dropped into our letter box, being a two for one meal deal. They would not honour the voucher stating it was a mistake so we left the dinning area and went to the bar and had a bar meal instead. It appears that the voucher was only a scam to get you in the door.

Needed a light dimmer over the lights on our deck. Tony Middleditch answered my call promptly and suggeseted a cheaper solution than what I envisaged. He was prompt and on time on the day.

Had new roof tiles installed and noticed a roof leak in our bedroom ceiling. The leak was extremely difficult to find and the company tried 3 times replacing ridge capping before finding the problem at no cost to fix. Great service at a great price.

Have used their sevices for a nuber of years to service and repair our caravan. Recently I have been unhappy with the outcome of detailled written requests for repairs and have found another proven reliable van repairs & service company whom confirmed that a sevice that was to have been carried out on brakes and bearing was not conducted.

My experience EBDG was not as warm or inviting as they make out on their website. I was processed thru their reception system without a smile. Dr Jade Sun attended to my broken filling professionally but then informed me I had 5 cracked fillings and I should have these capped (one per year covered and fully paid by the HCF fund). I paid my bill for the visit and left. Three days later I received an $105 invoice in the mail for teeth cleaning which i did not have done. I phoned EBDG and was advised "they would look into it and phone me right back". To date I have not recieved a return phone call. I will look for a more rewarding dental experience elswhere. 27/11/12 Footnote EBDG accounts dept did contact me a week later to apologise and advised me that the $105 invoice was a mistake
