Fantastic work on our kitchen knives - which hadn't been sharpened for about three years!! We are very pleased with the results. We had to give up on one small old serrated knife - on Troy's advice - but he insisted on giving us a new one to replace it. Such great customer service. Thank you for coming to our house, too, Troy.
