I have been using Mark for our business vehicles over the last 2 years. We have up to 3 vehicles services regularly. Mark and his mechanics have always been great to work with and we have no had any problems. Prefer to work with Mark than with a Dealership. We have a Holden, VW and Toyota and Mark handles all without any problems. Regularly recommend to colleagues.

Our recent visit with family on a busy Saturday lunch time, staff handled everything with ease. Meals were supplied very quickly in fact we all surprised how quick the service was. Food was reasonably prices and burgers were large.

Recently purchased a coupon for a night out at a restaurant. BUT when I went to use my ticket found it had disappeared from my emails. Contacted them for a copy and within 10 minutes received copy. Rang and booked restaurant all completed within 10 minutes. Will review restaurant once I have dined out (12.4.12).

Recent experience, fantastic, ordered takeaway and although really busy night, staff made sure we were aware of what was happening with our order, and brought it out to us waiting in our car.

Use Grab One and regularly recommend to friends and family. Great value. Had one problem not with grab one but with supplier - Got our money back no questions asked as could not provide service as specified.

Purchased Coupon $20 for $50 staff knew all about it. Anything off the menu 2 meals end entree plus drinks up to $50. Chef came out to ensure everything was okay. Good service will return even without a coupon.

We purchased a used car from Northstar Motor Group. Leon the salesman went out of his way to assist. My wife had had a bad day and trying to work with insurance companies. When we went to collect the car, Leon had a flower arrangement to give to my wife. Made her day. Would recommend their service to anyone.

Went last week at Midnight and packed out but staff still fantastic. Went again this week in the afternoon. Not real busy, waiter got our order wrong. No problem fixed immediately. Whole experience fantastic.
