There are a few competing sit/stand desk companies at the moment. i chose Desky because of the options/range and what seemed like good customer communication.
I am happy with the desk, which was easy to assemble and has a good solid feel.
I was very impressed with the customer support, because there were real issues with the courier company and I was able to speak to Desky staff via chat and on the phone to resolve the problem. I would buy again from them because of this.

I am really happy with the work iPD did on two devices (iphone + ipad) which had cracked screens. The ipad repair was especially tough because the chassis was pretty bent. Robin was very clear about the challenges and options. I know others that have had repairs done without dealing properly with a bent frame and the repair doesn't last well.

I strongly recommend using iPD and this is the only place I will call when I next wreck some expensive hardware and need a top quality repair.

I will not purchase from a seller that uses Hunter Express, because my experience and research suggests that they are unable to cope. I note that they are not turning away any business despite being unable to deliver items.

My experience: Brisbane->Sydney. The three parcels arrived in Sydney and 2 of the three were delivered in reasonable time. The third was not delivered, with no update/explanation/attempted delivery for the next 15 days.

It is not possible to speak to H.E. so I speak to the seller. The seller says that H.E. do not respond to enquiries from the seller either. I have tried to follow up every day.

I am seeking a refund and strongly advising anyone in Sydney not to use HE. In other regions they may be totally fine, but not in Sydney.

Also note that it is hard to raise a complaint or refer to ombudsman so as receiver you have no real recourse.
