Called Mitch from Sth Eastern Carpet Cleaning and asked for 2-3 rooms to be steam cleaned. One room had several marks were my dog had done his business. I wasn't very confident about getting these stains removed.

Mitch quoted me over the phone, turned on at the agreed time, completed the job within the allotted time frame.

Steaming job was of the highest quality. All stains successfully removed. Carpets look and smell sensational.

Mitch then showed me the dirty water, which was the dirt pulled from my carpets -- amazing.
Cannot recommend highly enough, have already recommended to several of my closest friends.
