My new engagement ring was not quite the right size. I had made inquiries at other jewelers, but was not happy to have my brand new ring off my finger for the week quoted elsewhere. I left a message for Rhonda and she rang me back straight away. We discussed details and ways and means of making this work. She was very knowledgeable and made every effort to accommodate my wishes. I ended up having a second ring resized and the work was done to the highest standard. We then had a discussion about pearls for my mother and my chain is in for repair at the moment.
