Dr Chilvers has been involved in the past few surgeries I have had, he is pleasant and always comes around to do follow up care post op. His fees are more than fair and he is such a pleasant man

Dr Mitchell is a very blunt, black and white doctor. He is fantastic doctor and very talented in his field. He does charge over the private health gap meaning despite being under the highest level of cover I'm still out of pocket

Staff always seem to be having a good time in store even when they are extremely busy. Its an awkward location to get in and out of the car park during peak traffic but plenty of free parking. The food is always cooked to order and the packs are a great buy making eating out affordable.

I have frequented here many times over the years and the quality has always been exceptional. i personally enjoy the fried rice, sweet and sour pork and beef in black bean. The restaurant hasn't changed in design but still looks exceptionally maintained

The staff are always lovely, well presented and helpful. I love that i am able to buy a half loaf of bread. They make many sweets including a lovely match stick.

I have dealt with Dr Clark a few times over the years, he is always professional and thorough, he is direct but polite. The rooms are pleasant and the staff friendly.

Mr Kirkby is a fantastic surgeon, he is incredibly professional and having dealt with him on many occasions he has only ever been late once. My only real complaint about his service is they currently don't offer to send your account straight to medicare and being that he is a specialist the only way to receive my medicare refund is present at the medicare office

Its fantastic that Launceston has an indoor swimming pool with adequate staffing all year round for families to enjoy. The prices are fair and the pool maintained, staff are friendly but do enforce safety rules to ensure everyone has a good time.

They have fantastically designed this area, how ever it would be desirable to see a stronger presence of staff in the center as parents rarely follow safe rules of play, sadly 'big' kids are often found playing rough in the area said to accommodate for little tots. The tables are always sticky and food left on tables is often only cleared when another patron wishes to use the table
