My brother and his two children who were 1 and 3 came to visit us in launceston so we took the kids for a play here,however my nephew had an accident( wet his pants) so my brother went to the front desk and told them, They handed him a bucket and sponge and told him to clean it up himself!!!
It is not his job to clean your equipment and having a children orientated business surely this is your responsibility?? And it is a given that this will happen..
You are just encouraging people not to report these accidents.
Not good for business and left a sour taste in our mouth for any future visits

I love this place, as does my children. A massive indoor play area suitable for most ages and weather (which all tasmanians know can be ever changing) Visibility of your child can be tricky at times due to the equipment size. Food is all cooked, prepared to order so its fresh and hot.

A massive indoor play area for the kids, for the most part it remains safe except on the rare occasions an adult or teen leaves the safety gate open. At the main desk they also have a cafe, food is okay priced not cheap but relatively affordable

For the most part this is an unstaffed venue, you pay at a main desk and go inside, I don't have an issue with watching my own children but because there is no staff presence others feel free to ignore their children as they run wild and terrorize younger children, walk up slides even when people are waiting to come down. The play equipment itself is the best in Tasmania, large and suitable for most ages, although it does appear it has not been maintained since its opening

They have fantastically designed this area, how ever it would be desirable to see a stronger presence of staff in the center as parents rarely follow safe rules of play, sadly 'big' kids are often found playing rough in the area said to accommodate for little tots. The tables are always sticky and food left on tables is often only cleared when another patron wishes to use the table

This is definately Launceston's biggest indoor play area, how ever as it is bigger and in theory Better is does attract a lot more patrons. Unfortunately I dont find it policed enough by staff and parents to prohibit older children from wrecklessly playing in the toddler area. I was also disappointed when staff were informed that there was a wet stubstance in the ball pit and the staff memeber came out with a couple of pieces of paper towel and spray and wipe.

i have taken my daughter and my nephew here a couple of times over the last 2 years. although the sign says for 1 to 14 years i reckon its more suited to kids 10 and under. They offer a play area for toddlers as well as a huge play area for the bigger kids. It is like a big obstacle course for kids. There is ball pits, trampolines, ball guns, little slides, huge slides, mazes and lots more for the kids to play on.
There is a lot of seating so parents can relax while their kids play. It also has a cafe which sells hot/cold food and drinks. the food prices are really good with most items being cheaper than a takeaway shop. the last time i was there i got the chicken nuggets and chips and both kids shared them as they were a big serving. i had the home made lasagne and it was yummy.for both lots of meals and drinks only cost $25 which i found cheap.
there is plenty of free parking out the front so you could stay all day if you dont get bored, the kids wont thats for sure. Entry cost is 12 months and over $5 and 5 and over $10. this is a good price if you are planning to stay a few hours.
The staff are friendly and nicely spoken.
