Looks may be misleading, the store front is small, but they make the most mouth watering chocolate around. The selection of chocolates and truffles will have you wanting more after every bite. The have a small sit down area to enjoy a hot drink in store or of course you can get a box of chocolates to go

I have been shopping in Gourlays for as long as I can remember, and remember taking my family to the demonstrations of how they make their famous boiled lollies. They have the best range of boiled sweets and chocolates in Launceston.

Swirlz has a great range of international confectionary that may not be sourced easily else where, they also have a fantastic range of milkshakes. The store whilst being small in size does have a generous selection of tasty treats. Certainly not the cheapest but guaranteed to find something not so mainstream

I love young's they offer a great range of fruit and veg all sourced locally (or at least within Australia) The prices for the most part are cheaper than the supermarkets, they also have meat, diary produce and a small condiment section. Staff are always lovely and pack bags/boxes easy to carry

Aside from purchasing directly from the school Targetts is really the only place to obtain school uniforms. During their sales the uniform prices are cheaper than the school uniform shops and they do offer laybuy options which certainly helps families.
