I was in the market for a new bed and mattress and did not want to deal with a massive shop and staff that were disinterested or selling on commission where the 'facts' may get blurred. Sam explained the various options and their prices clearly and was happy to go over things that I had trouble taking in. When I made an alteration to the bedhead 2 years later, (& inadvertently changed the stability of the frame), I visited the shop and Sam organized carpenters to come to my house, look at the problem (I had caused) and make restitution. They were exceptional - phoned and made an appointment, turned up when they said they would, and go the problem sorted. I recently visited the shop again with my daughter who is looking for a new bed combo and was once again impressed with the explanation of the range and especially by a comment that 'the highest price is not always the best bed for YOU'.
