Melonhead has a great set-up, and they serve top quality juices. My favorite is the Jimbo (carrot, apple, pear, beetroot, ginger) - of course the juice comes out completely red/pink, but you can taste all the ingredients, with none of them overpowering the rest.
Yes, you sometimes have to wait in line for your juice, but for me there is NO problem with that, knowing that my juice is made fresh at the minute when I order it.

This place is buzzing... I have been there 4-5 times in the last months, for coffees and also to eat. The kitchen produces great food (I ate a home-made pie on one occasion). The waiters are attentive and friendly. It's great to have this place right in the middle of Gordon, close to the library, and with parking right behind!

Third time here now, having a beard trim and shave. Josh is awesome, professional and really knows what he is doing. He uses hot towels, and real, good quality blades (you will know what I am talking about if you also have a strong, thick beard...)
No "day spa" prices here! Great value for money, friendly service and good conversation.

We stumbled across this restaurant, looking for a place to enjoy some Chinese food. Jilin Family Restaurant is situated off the main street (Victoria Ave) in Chatswood, but the place was PACKED when we walked past. What better place to enjoy great Chinese food than a busy restaurant full of Chinese people!
Being the only white people in there, I think the manager felt like he needed to come over to re-assure us - and he was so helpful and friendly. He explained the cuisine, how the province of Jilin is in the Northeast part of the country, so it has influences from Korea and also Russia.
The food was fantastic (and reasonably priced) - we could not eat it all so took the rest home in a doggy bag. The next day I made some rice at home and heated up the leftovers and enjoyed the meal all over again! They need to get a website, or at least a facebook page - this is definitely a restaurant where I would make a "check-in" to publish it on my fb timeline.

The staff is very friendly, and they really know what they are selling. Having been there at least 8 times now, everything I have tried is fresh. (It’s a good sign when they “run out” of items, because you know they make it daily!) I have tried their sandwiches, cakes, rolls, buns and also the coffee (all “eat in”, which gives me a better sense of their quality of products). The prices are average, and in my opinion the food and coffee is superior to other cafes in the area. This is my new favorite place!

Having never had glasses, I was a little anxious at first. Both the receptionist and the guy who made the pre-exam were very nice and reassuring. The lady who made my eye exam was very patient with me, and after the test she explained the different options to me. After the test, a young man showed me different frames, and the various prices for the different types of multifocals. There was no pressure to make an immediate choice (and purchase). He reassured me that my prescription was on file, and I could come back at any time to make my decision and purchase.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised, and amazed with all the equipment and facilities they have there (considering the test was bulk billed).

All my questions and doubts were answered, which gave me the confidence to move forward. Packing boxes were delivered shortly after, with explanations and tips to help. Moving day: they turned up on time, with a great positive (yet understanding) attitude, and delivered all boxes safely and securely to my new home. During the unpacking, we discovered NOTHING was broken or damaged. Scott and his team had great communication throughout the whole process (from the initial phone call, right through to the last payment for the services), and I was extremely happy with everything. I would not hesitate to recommend Moveworx.
