I rang up Dave to inquire about fixing a mobile phone. He was very polite & had given me a cost price quote to repair, after telling me that he only fixed my brand/type of phone once before and he didn't really want do due to the time it took.
I dropped into the shop anyway to see what he could tell me about the repair, costs, time and other details, to which he offered to fix my phone as a one off (well twice off in this case). Before leaving he explained the parts and costs in a way that was very helpful and I was able to understand the issue that he might have, if any. It was great to have that little extra time for someone to explain what they would be doing, rather than just handing over my item and the worker not showing that they would care for your item.

Having to buy auto products is generally quite an easy event, however when paired with Autobarn Wendouree, I was utterly disappointed. When walking through the front doors, I was stared at by the Manager. After waiting at the front counter for about 10minutes while the workers served other customers, who came in after I did, I felt it was necessary to go and find someone to serve me. I walked to the back of the store, where the manager was was scoffing down fried chicken, after knowingly deciding to eat after seeing me waiting to be served. I understand when you have a break, you take it, but the manager of all people?! You think you would want a successful business where customer service is paramount. I will never go back to this store.

I love Rubicon Fish Shop! They always have fresh oil, which makes the chips and other food taste crisp and lovely. They make their own hamburgers and always use fresh ingredients. If your unsure of how much chips you might need, they are more than willing to show you the quantity they suggest and how much it will cost. This fish and chip shop is definitely a good find, and good quality for money.

Recently I have needed to get a part for my car, which is quite hard to get and is often in high demand. The service at the Sebastopol Motor Wreckers was superb. Being a female is often hard sometimes, when dealing with a male oriented service industry, but I felt I was treated fairly and was given a good deal. The workers were polite and were as helpful as could be, under the circumstances.

Freshly baked bread, with a great combination of products. The location is good with ample parking. The service and friendly staff keep me coming back for more, as they are always smiling and happy. The employees seem to really enjoy working at this location, which makes the shopping experience more pleasant.
