I have a massive family, and now personal history of breast cancer, so I have been having mammograms and ultrasounds since I was 22. This was my latest, as I don't know anywhere else to have it done here - recently moved from Queensland.
Anyway, it was as good as a mammogram can be, lol. The ladies were lovely and thorough, and immediately referred me back to my GP to get an ultrasound order.
Very happy with their service.
Great, indoor pool that caters for everyone from toddlers to lap swimmers. Cheap entry and nice and clean. Only issue I found was that, with the clear fibreglass (?) roof and walls, it gets stiflingly hot in here, so be a little careful if you are asthmatic and it's a hot day.
We stayed here for a night, as we were attending a party in Craigieburn and didn't want to drive home to Bendigo the same night.
We got a cabin - it was basic but clean.
Grounds are pleasant and staff friendly enough.
Gotta love The Brighton! Great meals at good, usual pub prices, and plenty of my fav beer on tap!
Parma night is an absolute WINNER, with a meal and drink for, if I remember correctly, about $15 (we had several different meals on our bill that night).
It's busy, but the wait isn't too bad. Staff are run off their feet though.
If you're a frappe and chocolate lover, this is your heaven! I am a HUGE sucker for frappes, and theirs are lovely. What's also nice is that you get a free chocolate when you buy! Which then makes you buy more because the chocolate is perfection!
The very essence of Black Rock! Amazing service with a smile, and gorgeous coffee and salad! If it's busy you'll have quite a wait, so don't come if you're in a rush.
Definitely worth a try!
My partner needed refills for her acrylic nails while we were in the area, so we got her in to have them done. She has not stopped talking about it since. She loved the way she was treated, and the results, so much that we now have to go to Bentleigh every time she needs infills!! lol
I was really quite disappointed with this. When you think of Brighton, you think high quality and class, and, although this place is huge, it looks more like a giant advertising campaign. Plenty of equipment but some of it is looking a bit old.
I bought a 'trial' period from them, and was really annoyed at how rude and pushy they were.
Satisfactory gym, but definitely nothing to write home about.
We were visiting family in Brighton and spotted the cafe on our travels. What a beautiful, tranquil setting! So peaceful.
We just had a coffee and a bite for morning tea... slice, and it was very nice.
Will definitely return on our next trip to Brighton.
I was fortunate enough to be introduced to this place by my uncle, who has been a regular for years. We had a big family dinner and their food was beautiful. I was particularly impressed by the tenderness of the meat and the unbelievably good spice mixes in everything I tasted.
Definitely a keeper!
