Spent 2 days trying to ring their service department. Tried the number they give if you are ringing on a mobile (thought I might get through quicker!!) that was a complete waste of time I didn't even get the option of holding on.. Tried the service number numerous times .... each time on hold for more than half an hour. Eventually gave up trying to speak to anyone and filled in their online service request. Apparently you can expect to wait up to 2 business days for them to get back to you after doing that. Service now booked for this Wednesday (1 week after initial problem - just fantastic in a Melbourne winter).
Just waiting to see if they fix the problems!
