We were at the Orange Spoon on Sunday morning and the service we received was so lovely. The coffee was great, as was the baked cheesecake & the mini lemon tart. As we sat and enjoyed our coffee we overheard the young lady serving another customer & was so helpful - going "the extra mile" to ensure that the customer received what she wanted - something that they didn't have as a regular item. All of the staff were happy & very friendly.

We visited the Leaf & Bean Café in Mornington on Sunday afternoon and were so impressed with the fantastic, friendly service. There was a small ensemble playing some jazz music, which gave a nice atmosphere. The coffee was excellent and well priced - good to see it's fair trade - and the Belgian chocolate coated Turkish Delight was awesome! Wish I'd bought more to bring home!

Their microfiber is excellent quality for use in nappies. Their postage rates are very reasonable and their service is excellent. I received my delivery within 2 business days of placing my order.

Baby Grow Safe has the best range of glass & eco friendly baby bottles that I have seen. Their customer service is thoughtful and excellent. They know their products thoroughly to ensure customer satisfaction, eg the flow rate of different brands of teats for the baby bottles.

She is delightful to deal with and the extremely fast service is excellent!
