I was pleased to find the nappies I wanted on sale at The Nappy Bucket, so picked up two to try. My parcel was shipped in good time, and Samantha went to the trouble of emailing me regarding care instructions, as she had not been able to print them for me that day. The extra effort was appreciated.

Keli presented a good session on basic first aid aimed at, but not exclusive to, parents/carers of young children under 1. I thought her style was excellent, and I enjoyed the session. I also liked the booklet handed out at the end of the session. Our 'Essentials' covered breathing problems, febrile convulsions, CPR, burns and choking. Keli was a calm and relaxed presenter, happy to answer any questions, regardless of what they were.

It was also very helpful that parents were welcome to bring along their children if they needed to, as sometimes finding babysitters can be tricky. We didn't find it hard to concentrate or anything like that, as everyone was very considerate and temporarily left or walked around if their child needed a bit of calming.

We will definitely be looking for the second half of the course with New Generation, in order to complete our first aid training for home.
