I have been attending the Eastern School of Yoga for 15 years and I could not live without it Mrs Fielding our instructor is always very considerate of anyone who has difficulty in sometimes not being able to perform all poses fully and encourages anyone to try their best. She is also very intuitive into deciphering what ails you and offers her expert advice when you need it most. I could never go to anyone else.
