Chris, the friendly sales contact person, had an impressive knowledge of his product and was very thorough in his measurements of the house. It's a pleasure to deal with someone who takes the time to explain the process while also taking into account the viewpoint and opinions of the customer. The installer was punctual and professional and the installation was done quickly, with a minimum of fuss and mess. (They even know how to work a vacuum cleaner for the clean up!)

The entire team was very good, and I definitely received great value for money. Aspen Air is very competitive in price and was able to deliver their product very quickly, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Overall, definitely a good service experience!
