My son bought a bike before Christmas, Steve the shop owner was excellent, we got a good price with excellent customer services, he checked our bike carefully and he put on a colour sticker on my son's helmet to make it match his bike, when Steve sticked the sticker on the helmet, he tried a few time to make sure the helmet look perfect. This is what we want, the quality of the customer services.

Steve came to my house and used his camera to inspect the condition of my sewage and storm water drainage. He tried to unblock the storm water pipe and put the camera to check, he even digged the ground to confirm the condition of my storm water pipe and showed it to me. He is very patient to explain everything to me and gave me the best way to fix it. He cleaned up all the mess after he finished the job. I like him because of his attitute and good customer services.
