I first called on Mike cold, no introduction, no background. I knew I needed a website set up quickly, and the name of his company caught my attention.

Mike quickly understood what I needed, and more importantly, what I didn't need. He quoted a fixed price, and delivered a nearly perfect job, on time. There were a few minor touches to be made, and these were done quickly (with. no extra charge or hourly billing rates).

When I call Mike he answers the phone. (It's taken awhile to know I didn't have to wait on hold, find out my number in the wait line, press 3, then press four (or was that two?). If he's too busy to speak Mike calls me back, the same day!

When I ask questions, he most often knows the answers. Occasionally when I stray into something outside his area, and he doesn't know the answer, he just tells me.

Overall, I'd have to say that after forty years in business, calling Mike was one of the smartest decisions I've made.
