Despite my best self-sabotage efforts I have now been a non-smoker for 1 week and plan to continue. I found Steve to be accepting of my previous choices, and not just the smoking, without judgement. He has now offered me a positive and healthy path to take. In the second session the temptation scenario was very poignant, I now have a new strategy to help with any future challenges.
