Fantastic wholesale italian cheese shop in marrickville, only 5 mins walk from the main shops. They have a large range of italian cheeses such as mozzarella, ricotta & bocconcini. Really cheap and friendly staff, however sometimes you might have to queue up. Definitely worth a visit.
