Even though they are usually really busy they are fast and efficient to ensure you are never waiting too long. Chips are crispy and fluffy inside and the chicken is delicious. The smell coming from the shop permeates the entire Stables car park and it really is hard to not go in everytime!

As someone who lives in the area I have been to Shuga many times for functions, nights out etc. Food is always superbly delicious and cooked to perfection and the prices are very reasonable. HOWEVER the service is disgraceful! To be more specific, the waitresses are run ragged and hoarse from apologising for the slow service whilst the manager on duty is either oblivious to the situation or doesn't care. The wait staff seem just as stressed and frustrated as the diners.
On the night that I last visited there was table of 14 of us for a birthday. The restaurant was approximately 2/3 full. We ordered at around 7.30 and there was no sign of our food until 9.00. after 1 hour the organiser of our group asked the waitress and was met with apologies and she said she would check on it. She was very upset that she could not tell us a time but didn't think it would be long. The manager did not appear concerned with the fact that our entire table was getting very frustrated. He spent the night greeting people and asking people if they needed anything yet left our table alone completely, even after our waitress explained to him that we were getting very annoyed, since it appeared to us that 2 other large groups that arrived well after us were almost finished their meals. When the meals finally came, 3 of the 14 were missing. Two of the meals in question were simple bowls of chips (yes, 2 bowls of chips) for 2 children who were in tears by that point. I not only had to ask the manager directly for the chips, he did not apologise and did not go to the kitchen to chase them up. I became increasingly agitated when I saw another table of diners who had arrived only half an hour earlier receive, you guessed it, bowls of chips. I left my seat at that point and asked him again and the poor waitress eventually bought them out. The third meal was eventually delivered to our remaining diner after we had all finished our meals. Overall the long waiting times for meals are disappointing as the food is lovely and good value.

Don't say Nova Vista here! These guys originally opened Nova Vista and heartbreakingly for them, the new owners trashed the reputation they had worked so hard for by abandoning the place leaving debts behind. Not to be put off, the original owners set out to rebuild their dream with a new venture. To be clear 4 Doors is NOT Nova Vista re created, it simply has the same original owners with the same committment to good food in Mill Park. They have created a warm, opulent, dining experience with carpeted floors and dark furnishings and the acoustics allow for conversations to remain at ones own table. The menu was sensational, the choices were seasonal and on a freezing cold winter night, very appropriate! The hot chocolate is a must for warming you from the inside out and fulfilling your chocolate desires for the next week at least! Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I went here on 'date night' and it was a stinking hot night in January, one of those really sticky nights when the heat is so oppressive that you feel like nothing is ever going to cool you down! Lucky for us Taco Bill was cooled to perfection, I feel the air con was struggling but it was trying its hardest! It was lovely and cool inside and the perfect place to be on such a horribly hot night. Immediately we were seated and attended to by very polite staff, all bearing huge smiles and the overall atmosphere from the staff and other dinners was relaxed and happy. As I am not really a drinker I ordered one of the mocktails on the menu....and it was divine! It was an icy lemon drink with a gorgeous tang to it and cooled me down perfectly! I cannot think of any other way to describe it other than a glass of melted Calippo icy pole, for those who are familiar!
Our meals came out quickly and piping hot, served with a smile and service was attentive and consistent all night. The meals are served with rice though, so bring an appetite...they are pretty big! We had a discount voucher and there was no problem using that at all, although the meals are very reasonably priced anyway. Overall a great experience!

Great coffee, divine hot chocolate, cakes and sweets are made fresh so always changing, best to get in early or you miss out! I have dined in as well as purchased Take-Away and the food is equally good in either mode. The food is seasonal and wholesome, nothing is fried and everything is delicious...you feel like you are having a very delicious home cooked meal, with a little bit of sophistication and a funky twist! The service is great, not having to ask for water is awesome, since many restaurants these days are keen on leaving you dehydrated until you are begging for it! Even though the space is pretty small its very cosy and a great place to read and relax whilst having a meal or catch up with friends at some of the bigger tables....I have taken friends there and they enjoyed the food and the experience as much as I did.

Strut Salon is owned an operated by 2 lovely sisters who both have extensive experience and excellent attention to detail. I have used Strut for various beauty services and find that they will always ensure that I am happy with the results before I leave. Even though they are often fully booked, I never feel rushed and the environment of the salon is always friendly and relaxed, yet they are extremely professional and the place is always very clean. They are great at giving advice if you are not sure what you need. Overall the whole experience is one I enjoy very much and highly recommend Strut Salon to others.
