Always a bit apprehensive when hiring tradies and a couple of the other people we had quote would have fallen into this category however Frank is in a league of his own as far as service, workmanship and the ability to make the customer feel at ease.
We had a slab put on the side of our new home and Frank organisational skills were on the mark and the job done was so professional that I have no qualms giving a 200% review for his company.
Frank engaged my 3 year old son which for most people would be a no no and made him feel like he was the bees knees helping frank with minor things like moving soil etc.
I found him to be trustworthy, genuine and hardworking which is so refreshing in this day and age that someone just takes the time.

We were nervous about trying a new dance school but my daughter has been made so welcome by this company.
Still in Kinderdance she just loves dancing and I am so impressed with Jane's ability to keep such young children in line.
Rebecca has been fabulous in answering emails with as much information as needed I look forward to being an active part of this dance company's success

Highly recommend Rhonda and her crew, we had the absolute pleasure of attending this studio for a year and a half and my daughter was really treated like one of her own. Rhonda makes the girls so comfortable and the broad range in what is offered is fantastic.
Unfortunately moving from the area we can no longer be a part of the family atmosphere here but would greatly encourage anyone looking to try a studio out ....you wont look back !!!!

Have visited this cafe twice (breakfast & lunch) and it's fabulous the food is superb, ambience is relaxing with such an amazing setting, service is lacking a bit especially after having a drink fall through cracks in the table onto my leg one morning I was freezing as there was no seating inside and no patio heaters outside.
Value well pretty steep I feel so its a rare occasion thing I wish I could get there more regularly with friends but cost doesn't permit.
But a lovely experience overall

popped in here for lunch on a hectic day for the business, there were children everywhere and we ended up waiting a good 20mins just to get served and then upon being served our meals were so disappointed and still hungry after.
Wouldn't say the prices are too crash hot for what is given we had eaten our meals by the time drinks arrived.
Pretty disappointing all round really

Had such a pleasant lunch with my mum and kidlets at this beautiful cafe.
Food was priced well and orders came out superfast tasting absolutely deliciously.
Staff although rushed off their feet were still very friendly and welcoming.
An absolute must for a visit.

Had the worst service ever in regards to delivery.
Spoke to supposed management who couldn't give two hoots, nor could the driver who delivered order.....took it up the line to head office who couldn't give a damn either would not go back if was the last place on earth.
What ever happened to make a customer feel appreciated for their business I don't care how big a name they have service is crap:(
Actually a previous visit was on a long weekend and I went off their website for opening times when I got in the store an employee explains they werent open for another half an hour ... ok the website said a time and the front door was open but no one there to serve .... verrrry organised NOT

My 3y/o was in need of a haircut so we dropped in here for a treat as daddy normally takes him to a barber.
I find the charge for a 3y/o disgraceful but felt he deserved it..... well didn't I regret that decision.....
The whole time I was there my son wasn't concentrated on it was me and how much better off my children's hair would be if i bought a separate shampoo and conditioner at $9.95 a pop I felt absolutely horrible because I was so proud with how my son had actually sat still and not complained once the whole time and she hadn't even acknowledged that not to mention the fact i kept talking to him by his name and she continued to call him buddy.
So again in front of the manager she asks if I want the shampoo and conditioner she had kindly taken off the shelf for me to admire I said no thank you....
gave her the money....

2 days later i had a text reminding me to book for the next appointment????? i mean really upselling at the hairdressers for goodness sake but not just that .... during a 3 y/o haircut.... unbelievable.

I was so excited to find this in our local area, I love the service provided by all staff, they all make it look like they enjoy their jobs.
They now have eftpos how much more convenient is that and the was itself always leave my car looking great and a no scratch guarantee keeps my husbands mind at ease ...

Im quite happy to watch my garden grow and it saves quite a few $$$ so if you know what you need certainly try this company. I havent lost any to poor health after 2 months and found the service to be a lot nicer than the larger companies offer these days.
