Really enjoyed my visit to this store after a very disappointing trip to the Penrith store.
I had at least 5 team members asked how I was and if I needed any help and to have a great day it was just really refreshing.
Store was tidy and team members I was served by knew their product and explained in simple terms.
Wish this was my local

Cant speak highly enough of this family business.
St Mary's Sound Centre has been servicing the local community for many years and provide the country music fans with guest signings and having the availability close to home.
It would be nice if the $$ could be a little more competitive as it's very rare you have to pay $30 for a cd these days but it's worth it for the convenience of having titles that most cd stores wouldn't stock.

I think as far as a council goes Penrith (although more expensive) does a fantastic job . I was also disappointed with the bin change however pay to have the extra service weekly which isn't overpriced.
The local roads are looking a lot better with less potholes, kids playgrounds being updated, football fields being refreshed, and a lot more trees being planted etc.
I think the community activities organised are great for families a little tight on $$$ to encourage being outside, having that sense of community and family time.
Any neighbourhood problems we have raised have been dealt with in a reasonable amount of time and if not communiction has been great.

I went in to this store after being to a competitor who provided such poor service I wasn't expecting too much .... well WOW, I was treated with respect and appreciation for having chosen to do business here which was refreshing , they also had the part in stock that I needed at a great price!
So A+++ would highly recommend.

After visiting this store over rave reviews I was left disappointed and not feeling that staff were interested or fussed on a sale.
I was left waiting an extensive amount of time without so much as acknowledgement. I was told the part I needed was not able to be purchased ,yet going to Panther Bike store within 20 minutes I had part needed and was on my way home.

I popped into this store whilst in the complex and found it to be quite disappointing in the variety of stock offered.
Store was quite clean, staff were friendly but I just felt there was a lot of nothing.

I just so enjoy every visit to this establishment, its fantastic , welcoming atmosphere, great little cafe with fantastic prices, playground for toddlers, I feel so relaxed and dread leaving it gives an all round fabulous shopping experience with friendly staff more than willing to help should the need arise.

My husband and I have visited this establishment twice to date and cannot speak highly enough of the the staff and their professionalism.
Counselling is very comfortable the setting is just pure serenity, gardens are well maintained and just gives out a relaxing welcoming atmosphere.
Dr Clark was great, very informative.
Nurses are welcoming and make you feel at ease whilst giving blood samples etc.
making it a pleasant whole experience.

These guys have been in Penrith Plaza they are part of the furniture ...
Great food, with lots of variety, great service from a family owned business and value for money all make for a great experience.
Definately must visit when next at the Plaza

This is the type of massage you need to prepare yourself for however well worth it , quite painful at times getting the knots etc out but the effects are well worth it after with the relaxation felt.
Non intrusive, staff are quite nice ( dont talk much )
