My toddlers did their 3rd lot of craft through this supplier today and they are just fantastic for large groups eg childcare centres etc because they supply everything needed for the craft from nails to beads to glitter the kits are just fantastic and sturdy.
Highly recommend anyone needing ideas to keep the kiddys entertained

i tend to be lazy and get the pre packed meat due to previous bad experiences but my husband talked me into trying our new local butchers out.
Adam was more than welcoming, polite and so great to the kids, each time we go they get a lollipopand the meat was fabulous.
We bought a family pack and i don't think there was anything that was overly fatty or gristly and for $80 it kept us going for 2 weeks which was just fantastic.
Highly recommend this business and its great staff

We moved house with Southern Cross and they were amazing from the office staff emailing quotes, to the young man manning the yard.
We moved on a Saturday had the truck back by Sunday, no hassles, no dramas they made it such a great experience ( and for anyone who has moved house its a crazy time)
So I thank them all and highly recommend anyone who is in need of a truck.

I cannot speak highly enough of our 2 recent visits to this restaurant.
The food is divine steaks are cooked to perfection, salad bar is so much better than I remember and facilities are clean even for the number of customers.
All staff from front register to table staff are so polite and helpful ( when my son accidently tripped and spilt his icecream accross the floor)
Such a pleasant experience, very affordable (even with children)

My kidlets loved it here but I would think before trying it out again, if ever.
Greeted ....well actually not even greeted, served by an older lady who looked like she had just rolled out of bed ( no personal presentation skills at all for being the face of the company on this day) I find it extremely disappointing that not only the charge for children is high but to charge for an adult but say you can get a free coffee is just plain rude..... it's not like you have a choice of sending the kids in without the adult!!!
The air ball section was an absolute hit with many different aspects to it however one section had a roof leaking above it and instead of closing it down they put a piddly sign over the water??
Cafe staff had no idea and the wait for our free drinks was over half an hour then when asked for a weak coffee they didn't bother.....
Upon leaving the reception staff looked up and couldnt even muster a smile or a thank you for your business or have a nice day or hope to see you again....
Where has customer service gone??

I have since purchased 2 electric roller door closers from this business.
Self branded I have found them to be fantastic.
We were quoted $750 install and supply yet for $280 and an hour of hubby's time it was in in no time.
Staff both on the phone and in person are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond other companies even offering to take it out to my car being I have 2 toddlers.

This is our local bakery now, I find it a hassle having it in a busy shopping centre as parking is inconvenient.
However their products are fabulous, the teacake is a hit with family and visitors and stays fresh.
Coming from an are where I could pay $1.50 - $2.20 for a loaf of bread I was disappointed that the bread is $3 a loaf and rolls are quite steep too but worth it being the big store names dont have flavour in their bread like this.

Our dog went missing the first day we moved in.... he ended up here, the staff were very friendly and understanding.
Took him back a week later because he had a limp , they couldn't find anything yet it cost $200 ouch!! the computers were down so they couldn't print a receipt, upon receiving it they had charged me for a urine test that had not been carried out upon explaining this they said it was part of a senior screening and I just needed to get a chinese container and catch some urine to bring down??
I think its great that they rang the following week to see how he was but when said he was still limping was told to bring him in for xrays.... unfortunately on wage paying $200 for no results doesn't allow me the luxury to keep returning.

Having recently moved into the area we bought a rental which was looking tired, so gardens were first to get a makeover.
I loved the service from both the staff and the driver however i spoke to 2 different people who supplied me with 2 different delivery quotes so a bit of communication on that level would be nice.
But overall very professional friendly and good range of products ( just missing the leaf mulch I reeeeaalllly needed.
