After a visit to this store I left disappointed after all the 'hype'
How do these places get great reviews when the service is so vital yet so dull.
The food and drink were gorgeous and would definately return however atmosphere was pretty drab, cost is overpriced and staff just dont want to be there.... so overall a disappointing trip

Overall I leave this store disappointed.
The cost of the items are expensive yet it is something that is vital to a womens clothing .... there are no loyalty programs no discounts offered like EVER not for a birthday not for xmas .... its disgusting 3 times I have visited 3 times I have been 'fitted' as they call it 3 times I have had different sizes over the space of 4 months ..... my weight isnt fluctuating that much in that area I can tell you.... and upon paying for these pricey garments service isn't that fabulous that it makes you want to return its more like youu're an inconvenience. At busy times there is no service which is extremely disappointing not even a i'll be with you in a moment just ignorance..... for such a small store I think a staff overhaul is in need ..... or training in customer service....!!!!!

Quite enjoyed a lunch here , short wait was bearable being there is a kids corner which was great.
I find it very disappointing to have tv screens around the restaurant though
Cleanliness was great staff were generally friendly, no parents room though for nappy changing.

Had a great family dinner here. restaurant staff were very accomodating supplying colouring in sheets and pencils for my children. It was a quiet night so there was a pick of tables.
I had tortellini bosciola with was lukewarm upon receiving and left stomach crook that night ,
I would return though as staff at restaurant and bar were very welcoming and friendly making it a great experience

Have visited this store twice in the past week and have still left disappointed.
first impressions is that it is very claustrophobic, small aisles, a lot of large sale tags add to it unhelpful staff and clientele and its just a shambles.
I find it takes a considerable time to get prescriptions whether busy or not and both times I have purchased items supposedly on sale only to have them scan at a different price so how many times should you have to bring this up I mean really .... if it's not going to scan at sale price then don't put a tag on it .
First visit was shampoo advertised $9.99 scanned at 11.94 I purchased both shampoo and conditioner.
Handsoap after receiving the refund from previous purchase advertised $1.99 scanned at $2.89.
I don't mind the prices it scanned at but I am frustrated when they are advertised lower and the cash register at front doesnt have a screen showing customer what items are scanning at.
So as great as it is getting cheaper prescriptions it's made up by the supposed sale items that arent !!!

Wow .... how disappointing .... the cost of items in this store are a disgrace it would certainly only be a place for the talented artist, would not recommend for card making supplies or toddler art and craft because the prices are just ridiculous ( even if on sale)
The staff member serving yesterday was particularly incompetant and although her scanner wasn't working 3 times she went to the floor to check prices , 2 of the items I had to read the barcodes for and not even a thank you a discount or a have a nice day after it taking at least 10 minutes to purchase over $60 woth of product.
Would not return

Visitied this highly anticipated store after good reviews yesterday. I would have to say the end verdict was average.
An iced coffee ( my pet love) is simply coffee milk with icecream.... since when did it get reivented with no CREAM :( i would much prefer to forfeit the icecream ( not that you should have too ) but very disappointing.
I do have to say the fruit duo for 2 was just divine a perfect mix with the ever famous and freshly hot churro's with a jar of mixed fruit to dip in the divine dipping sauce that is so creamy it doesn't leave that uncomfortable film afterwards.
It was a sunday morning and regulars clientele walking in and out. Manager was very accomodating unlike waitress just wanting to get the job done so it seemed not really making it 'an' experience so to speak and the uniform .... not meaning to sound like a prude but please leave the shorts/ skirts that barely cover bum cheeks at home!!! It is just plain uncomfortable to have have bum cheeks floppng around the cafe that looks classy but cant completethe picture with its staff.

Just at the base of the Blue Mountains is this great little club.
Meals and service are great by all staff making it a comfortable experience whether entertaining in the day or the evening.
Convenient location, ample parking it makes a great place to take family, collegues, friends etc.

I have been here on a few occasions now and really enjoy the atmosphere, cleanliness and size of this club.
However I am continually disappointed at the restaurant side the service from older staff is extremely disappointing bordering on rude and slow if you happen to want a coffee at opening time.
The funtion rooms are beautiful and door / bar staff are very welcoming which softens the blow from restaurant staff unfortunately if they could all deliver the same experience it would be a WOW factor and boost business

Unfortunately I havent had any great experiences here in the many visits whether social or for business.
Bar staff couldnt get out of their own way if they tried..... I think it's really sad the customer service is diminishing so rapidly in all forms.
Meals are overpriced and disappointing.
Cleanliness is fairly good however cleanup when there is a group is lacking.
The refurb does look good but it's whats on the inside that counts and this place is empty there is no heart or soul to encourage people making it their local.
