I got my two Cavaliers groomed here because my groomer was booked up.
There seemed to be a misunderstanding about how I wanted them clipped. When I picked them up I was horrified at how they were shaved so short, I wanted them trimmed and keep all their feathers. One had bits cut out on top of her ears and uneven in places, half her ear fur is now missing. They both look awful, uneven clipped. I had just got the older dogs fur grown back nicely, she was from a puppy farm and had been shaved. I took dogs back the same afternoon as I was extremely upset, and the owner fixed up what she could. I explained I wanted a trim only, leave all the feathers. I feel I was not listened to, as when I told them I was so upset and they looked awful, she told me this is how they do all the Cavaliers. i was given a $20- discount, but that doesnt make my dogs look better. They have a loyalty card, $10 off on 5th visit, 50% off a groom on 10th visit. If you have a small fluffy dog and you like it short for summer, you will be happy here. The shop is clean, tidy and they do take care of the dogs in their care. It will take months for my dogs fur to grow back, I won't be going back, I was very, very upset and disappointed.

Approximate cost: $110.

Fabulous giftware shop. Tableware, figurines of dogs & cats, crazy tea pots, scarves, jewellery, handbags. A great range of beautiful gift ideas that you won't find in the mainstream stores. The couple who own the shop are the loveliest people, they will help you find exactly what you are looking for, they really enjoy helping their customers. Everything is reasonably priced, not overly expensive. I bought a Cavalier Dog figurine $35- and a Bowl as a gift for $39-, both unusual items not seen elsewhere.

Approximate cost: $39-

We have been here a number of times. I enjoy their Blueberry pancakes. They don't only serve pancakes as the name may suggest, they have a full menu. The coffee is great, and they serve a delicious hot chocolate in winter. Nice bushland scenery across the road to look at while eating. Lovely Sunday afternoon out.

I bought my new Hyundai i30 wagon here. From the moment we were approached by the salesman, from the test drive to buying the car, we were happy with the whole experience. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. It made purchasing a new car a great experience. I have had my car two weeks, Hyundai have given me a follow up call, to make sure I am happy. I recommend this car and this business.

Bought two sandwiches to take away. They were amazing. I chose the fillings, and they didn't skimp. Fresh and tasty and a fair price. The only thing I suggest is when wearing a globe to make food, don't touch the cash register with it on, or put a new glove on after, otherwise, perfect!

Tessies Studio is a lovely studio accomadation, with a small kitchenette, lovely bathroom, bedroom/living area. Modern, clean, and Dog friendly. Yes you can have your dog stay with you. Fenced back yard for dogs safety. The most comfy bed I have slept in, quality soap, shampoo, towels in bathroom. Quality bed linen. All dishes supplies in tucked away kitchenette. Close to town, walking distance. The website tells availability, so you can plan before you book. We loved it and will stay again. We stayed high season, two nights.

The BIG plus for these guys is they don't sell puppies and kittens. They have a huge range in a huge store. Staff are very friendly and super helpful. Some items are cheaper than other places, some are a few dollars more, but they will match others prices, and they do, they matched Royal Cannin cat food price when another shop was selling cheaper. I buy Science Diet cat dry food, cheaper than elsewhere. They have a rewards card, I have already earned and spent $10. with rewards.Lots of dog toys on sale too. I am a regular customer now, get all my puppy & cats needs here.

Approximate cost: $22. Pack 12 Royal Cannin cat food.

July 27 I purchased a 6 year old Cavalier, ex breeding female. I paid $477.I was given a health Certificate from them stating the dog is healthy and has tartar on her teeth. I did not know the extent of the dental problems as the dog had not had a full dental check as I asked the Vet that desexed her. He told me he couldn't perform a dental check whist desexing. I took her to my Vet for a health check. She had to have Four rotten teeth
removed, years of plaque cleaned off, costing me $375. She also had a very bad nfection in both ears, which was obviously left untreated for a long time. Vet cleaned out both ears and with medication cost me a further $200, and this problem is ongoing. I also learned on the day I picked up this dog, that she was not house trained even though she is 6 yrs old, this was because was in a puppy
farm, Murray River Puppies, where she was breeding in an outdoor cage all her life, with minimum or no Vetinary care. I emailed Mad About Pets about this and got no reply. When I told them I was concerned about her teeth, they offered me 10% discount if I took her to their vet, however all Vets offer 10% discount in August, as it's Pet Dental month. Considering I have been a customer there for many years and spent a lot of money in their shop, owning 2 cats a puppy and the dog I bought from them, the owners treatment towards me is disgusting. Loyalty counts for nothing here. They gave my private details to the puppy farmer who supplies their store. Those details are not supposed to be given out. An employee of MRP has posted parts of my reviews on a public FB site, stating I'm a whinger because they don't like this review.

Approximate cost: $477.

Subscribed to Home Beautiful Magazine. They offered a Free gift for a subscription This was a circa home set gift, candles & soap. The magazine took forever to get here. The free gift took even longer. When it came it wasn't the advertised gift. It was a tube of moisturiser that I can't use, having sensitive skin. They should have sent the gift they promised. They have my subscription money and don't care that they don't give customers the advertised gift. I won't do a magazine subscription again.

Had two sofas made with their Lustrell Contempo fabric. After 3 years fabric started to peel. I contacted Warwicks who told me to fill out a claim form & send photos. I did this and they rejected my claim. No one came to actually look at my sofas. I have found out this has happened to numerous others with the same fabric, so Warwicks know there is a problem with their Lustrell. There is a website dedicated to very unhappy customers who have problems with the Lustrell fabric on their furniure. Their claims dept personnel are rude and don't reply to emails. It's a matter of we have your money, now we don't want to know you. Absolutely unacceptable.

Approximate cost: $4,000.
