Great shop for shampoo, conditioner, hair colours. They have a loyalty program, TLC card where points add up each purchase or Salon visit. Super Saver Tuesday, 1st Tuesday each month, discounts in store & Hair Salon. Store staff are proffesional & can help with all hair problems & advice. I have my hair done at the instore Salon & have always been happy, proffesional high quality services. Girls there are always happy, great enviroment!

This store is extremely busy, it is hard to find staff to help, they are around, usually busy, but will help in turn. I wanted an iPad. JB matched Harvey Normans sale price (Harvey Norman were out of stock until Monday, this was Saturday)& threw in a discount for a case with keyboard. The sales guy was excellent, friendly, explained what extras I really didn't need, no high pressure sales, so saved me money there. There's so much great stuff there, CD's, DVD's, hard to get out!

Best Chip shop around! They make a yummy veggie burger, with beetroot! Fish & chips are excellent. Shop is very clean. Staff, owners, are friendly, no wonder this chip shop is always packed, especially Friday & Saturday nights.

I have bought 5 pair of shoes from this store in 2 years. Three pair for work, two summer sandals. One store assistant in particular is excellent, knows everything about feet & what shoe fits best for your particular foot. If you can't find what you need there is no high sales pressure.

Our 16 yr old cat had kidney failure. We took her to the animal hospital in our area on a friday night. Saturday afternoon we took her to Lort Smith because it had already cost us $1000. The Vet we saw initially was excellent, friendly & gave us hope.
She was admitted where she was treated immediately. She stayed 8 days. I visited every day, by appointment. I got to see how caring the staff there are in the cattery with the sick cats.
I was even allowed to take my cat outside for 10 minutes to enjoy some sunshine & fresh air. She had an IV drip in the whole time, ultra sounds & a lot of blood tests. The final account came to aprox $800. Less than a day at the private animal hospital. We took her home, even though we knew she would pass away, we wanted her to be home with us. The staff were so caring, they said they were sorry, they thought she
would pull through.
We have a great local Vet, but in this case with a long hospital
stay Lort Smith was a good place for her to be. I felt our cat received the highest level of care by experienced caring staff and volunteers.
