I run a home business and had a major computer crash - files, emails of over 10 years all gone! I called Frank and he came that same day. He managed to get a temporary computer working for me, took away my old one, brought back a new one in a couple of days with my old hard drive saved onto it, and all my files saved! This literally saved my business and my sanity, especially as the backup I'd supposedly been doing (set up for me by another company) had not been working for over a year! His fees were very fair indeed. Then I asked him to fix an older computer for my children's use, which again, he did within a couple of days. It's so good to know I can call on him, he knows what he's doing, he's fairly priced, honest, and is able to get new parts/ new computers too!
