Absolutely excellent!!! Was very hesitant to purchase online sight unseen for such an important item as a bed/mattress. Initially I wasn't sure which would suit me, with chronic back issues, so I sent many emails with questions and concerns and each one was answered promptly and graciously. When I finally purchased, the delivery was excellent, the futon was packaged well and I was extremely impressed. I then placed an order for a covers and pillow cases in the fabric to match. The pattern I had chosen was not a stock product and was told it would be made for me. When I received these items, again perfectly delivered, I was amazed at the quality of workmanship. Beautiful work, beautiful quality and perfect fit.
